General
Noel & Tinsel accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Unfortunately, once a collection is sold out for the season, it will no longer be available. Sign up for our mailing list to get notified first and pre-order for next year’s new batch of collections.
We do not offer gift cards at this time, but please stay tuned.
Orders & Shipping
We ship domestically in the continental United States.
Its’s the merriest time of the year, shipping is on us!
Returns
Please get in touch as soon as you know you want to edit the order and we will do all we can to accommodate any changes. Email us at help@noelandtinsel.com and please note it is also possible your order may have already been processed and shipped, so the sooner you let us know, the better.
